For founders who have built success… but know there are areas of their life they still aren’t leading
December 7–9 · North Carolina

This isn’t another entrepreneur conference. And it isn’t three days of sitting in a hotel ballroom taking notes.
This room is built for the man who…

THE ROOM
THE UNFINISHED WORK
You can build a seven or eight-figure company and still avoid the conversation with your wife.
Lead a team of employees and have nobody who challenges you.
Crush quarterly targets while quietly losing control of your health.
Talk about purpose while knowing you’re ignoring what God has actually been asking you to do.
Make more money than you ever imagined while having less margin, peace and presence than you expected.
Eventually, whatever you refuse to lead starts leading you.
THE COST OF STAYING THE SAME
Another year making money without getting clearer on what you’re building it for.
Another year tolerating the thing you already know needs to change.
You don’t need another year to discover what you already know.
Before 30, I’d built and sold a company for $50M. On paper, I had made it.
But winning in business didn’t automatically make me a better leader, husband, father, or man.
I’ve mentored founders who know that gap: everyone looks to you for answers, but few people tell you the truth. I recognized it because I’d lived it.
I created Leaders Create Leaders to give ambitious men the brotherhood, mentorship, and accountability I wish I’d had sooner.
We don’t just build better businesses. We build the men capable of leading them.
The Three Days
Three days. Three breakthroughs
What am I still carrying?
Who does leadership require me to become?
Who has God entrusted me to lead?

The group size is intentionally kept small and can range from 20 - 30 men. We are purposeful to create a container where every man has the opportunity to feel seen and heard and not just another number.
